How do you know when a conservative's run out of facts?

When I speak to my conservative friends about politics, I have begun to notice a few hackneyed phrases that let you know they have nothing more to say, and they have no further curiosity on whatever particular issue is at hand.

At this point, one should tread lightly, declare victory (but never aloud) and just move on. You can continue to pepper your muse from LimbaughLand with facts, but they will keep cycling back to the Republican Cultcyclopedia of Cliches.

Here are a few I hear repeatedly. Feel free to write with more. I am happy to add to the list.

1. "What about Clinton?"
2. "Elections have consequences."
3. "There are weapons of mass destruction. They were moved to Syria."
4. "Saddam gassed his own people."
5. "If you had it your way, Sadaam Hussein would still be in power."
6. "Up or Down Vote"
7. "She was not covert, so shut up...it's over!"
8. "Is that what they told you on Moveon.org??!"
9. "Or is that what Michael Moore told you?"
10. "You sound like a typical socialist liberal."
11. "I don't have time to be looking all of this stuff up. I work for a living."
12. "We should just nuke them all."
13. "Gays want special rights."
14. "Clinton only got 43% of the vote." (This one has quieted quite a bit since Bush won with less than the majority of popular votes.)
